just asking.... if i saw something like that and used my car's dry powder type fire extinguisher to put out the fire on the person, will it hurt him or will it do good?

Still WAY to close to that fire, I'd have pulled him a little bit farther away. It would help him if it doesn't get into the person's nose or mouth, it could soffocate him/her. It would definitely be a better opion than a person being consumed by Fire! |
