Well, the guy looks to be covered in oil and I doubt anyone could have gotten him to keep his hands still whilst they park a friggin truck on them, so I say accident. Especially as no one is kicking the crap out of him, as is usually the case in these countries. Also someone has just arrived with a jack.  |
