A few heads were on the road, looks like they were dumping soem and hey presto, along comes their rivals and we have a good ol' fashioned shoot out. You can see a fair few tyre tracks doing an about-turn just before the scene. probably as quickly as they can if they were civilians or getting away if its narcos. |

This video was taken by Chacal Arteaga while traveling the highway connecting the border town of Laredo,Texas to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. The driver slowed down just enough to film the incident and then continued on. Chacal has no information as to the actual events that took place prior to his coming upon the scene.
