~ It was a setup. ~ One can see that the car & bike both stopped at the same time as to a pre-appointed meet up. But what the biker didn't know was that it was a hit, because of something he didn't think that they knew he did. |

Disagree with the meet-up theory. I think the bicyclist was just reacting to the stopped car, dropping window and rifle swinging out. The bicyclist could have escaped that initial attack by accelerating past the car at full speed. Piece of cake. Then he would have to get off-road in a hurry. Alas, he stopped and died without a chase. |

It does appear so. The biker stopped and got off, expectantly, was even bending down, then realised too late. He wasn't shot off his bike.
