The FIA shouldn't have allowed them to race in these conditions. Now come all of the new jerk reactions, from redesigning the track (Eau Rouge/Raidillion) to testing rain guards at Silverstone this weekend.  |

The conditions were terrible but you would think they would have thrown the yellow flag after the first car slid off the track and slowed them down.  |
