Theres a 50/50 to this, either theyre in there for something like robbery..which in this case they shouldnt be beaten.. Which i can agree is inhumane. Or they are in there for murder which in this case i think a good beating like this is alright. Im sure murdering someone is a hell of a lot more inhumane then a beating with a baton.  |
