Right, so a family member of yours is in prison. He's a victim of the 3 strikes rule. Maybe he got caught shoplifting, or smoking pot. Perhaps a bank brought charges against him for non-payment of debt. He goes to prison and is violently beaten to death. You feel good? Happy? Delighted that the system "worked"? I'm going to say an extra prayer at the altar of "Fuck your life" tonight and hope your dream comes true. Maybe you get lucky and it happens to your son.

You might wanna remember that sometimes, even in America, innocent men and women have been sent to prison, and often after having spent more than five years, already. Now, think of just how brand new the judicial system is in Russia and just how many bugs are still in it. Then, consider that as good as we Americans have it, we still have a lot of bugs. They could be in there for petty crimes. Stealing food so their family can eat. Yes, that does, even now, take place. |

I say if they did something bad enough to be put in prison, stop wasting our money and kill right off. That'll free a lot of space in everyone's prisons! I like the way the Asian government does it! They cane you ass! Let me tell you, I got switchins when I was a little girl, and you NEVER do twice what you gotta switchin for once! A switch is pretty pathetic campared to the cane they use.

Russia has always been an economic failure and always will be. Why is it I can buy German, Italian, Japanese, South Korean, and very soon Chinese cars in the USA, but no Russian cars? |
