Hm hm, if you notice some inmates tattoo, they are russian mafiya, no doubt hardened killers and thieves, the police must be tougher than them to break their will, although sometimes not always effective.

Fuck that shit. Every guard should be put to death. Abuse of power is the worst crime there is. By the way, abusing offenders does not lower the rate of recidivism, it actually increases it. That's because these people leave prison with PTSD and can't function in a normal world anymore.
