Re: Baseball Prospect Gunned Down
So they brought him to the hospital...who knows how long that took them to get to the scene. But then they proceed to move so slowly as they put him on the tray thing to transport. They work on him at the hospital...you’d think they’d have been quick about it. If they got there ASAP and got him in the truck, to hospital. Could he have been saved? It looks like brain and skull were blasted out. So would that have been survivable? |

Re: Baseball Prospect Gunned Down
Like 2 years ago I came across this docu about 2 Italian families and their generational hate against each other. So person in Fam A kills person in Fam B. Fam B gets revenge and kills person in Fam A. So it’s been going on for generations. |

Re: Baseball Prospect Gunned Down
it seems that poor guy lost his life by mistake and they hit the wrong one: https://www.eltiempo.com.do/menor-as...-su-padrastro/ Punta Cana. - The young man identified as Enger Paredes Jacobo, aged 17, shot today in La Romana by unknown assailants on board a yipeta, was allegedly mistaken. Those who committed the murder against the minor were allegedly looking for Kelvin Pichardo, identified as Jacobo's alleged stepfather, and son of a retired colonel, Fernando Pichardo. According to some onlookers surrounding the crime area, Kelvin Pichardo had recently had some problems, and "lived threatening people in the streets at gunpoint. The victim's relatives say that the minor was a baseball player and was about to get a contract in the Major Leagues. Members of the Central Directorate of Criminal Investigations (Dicrim), representatives of the Public Prosecutor's Office in this town, are currently at the scene of the crime and are investigating the events.
