Even if it looked like he was moving slowly, think about it: he jumped hundreds of feet with almost nothing to slow him down, crashed into a cement wall and then fell at least a few more dozen feet before hitting rocks. The noises he was making in the beginning were probably a combination of pain and him trying to catch his breath. Shock eventually set in and he stopped feeling as much pain but also lost strength. Below is a picture of what a line twist looks like, and a screenshot of the last frame in the end of the video. It's pretty evident he made it out alive, even without the news article to confirm it. |
