Re: Base-jump Goes Wrong (Longer and better quality vid added)
i remember when i got a terrible bike accident, thought my bones where broken, there's a lot of blood, almost cried, i'm also moaning like that one, but don't know why i do that. Maybe because i can't accept the fact that it happened to me, or maybe because i know that my friends are there watching me. But when i've heard someone laugh, it brings me back to reality.. |

Re: Base-jump Goes Wrong (Longer and better quality vid added)
I thought his screaming was chilling, but knowing that he survived made it digestible - actually, it was quite interesting watching him go through the initial stages of blunt trauma. By the way, I think the noises he made sounded so funny because he had the wind knocked out of him. I'm pretty sure I've made the same, but slightly girlier noises the few times I've fallen so hard that I've gotten the wind knocked out of me. I thought almost everyone had experienced this, as kids at least, but it turns out that a lot of people have no idea what i'm talking about when I describe it. So, fyi, it sucks, but God that guy is lucky not to have had anything worse than a broken back or whatever...he'll heal.
