Nice find, mate! On the afternoon of 10th July 2020 in Callao (Peru), an 18 year old barber was shot dead at his workplace. Whilst he was tending to a customer, J.G.V.C. was shot 3 times by the 17 year old gunman (who had only been released in January from the "Youth Centre for Diagnosis + Rehabilitation of Lima").
