I don't know about Bangladesh, but in most countries public transport drivers aren't allowed to smoke. Or litter. Or park in the middle of the road. Boy, he's in big trouble! |

This would never have happened if the driver hadn’t driven his rickshaw with “new” technology. He should have been using a bicycle. ps. Why does this remind me of my mom scraping the burned bits off of a piece of toast? |
