It would appear in this incident the officer actions were justified. In fact if this dude would had put down the knife when the cops initially arrived & if the cop wasn't a complete idiot he would have had no need to shot at him. Plus the father claim that he did what he was told by getting down but he did so by still having the knife in his hand and he was all over the innocent person. I do not believe you will hear anything from Al Shaprton and Benjamin Crump as they both know that in this situation the cops were justified.

My opinion - the guy deserved to get his ass shot up. A police officer doesn’t want to have to do that, but they are sworn to protect and serve. The guy was terrorizing the woman with that knife, and her life was fleeting in those moments. Thankfully the officer took out the direct threat. On the other hand - my heart breaks for the Father and family of the guy. Its very unfortunate that he has lost so much due to violence |

This guy was on the local news here in Baltimore a few weeks before he died. He got shot a couple times and walked out of the hospital when they wanted to keep him for medical treatment and the news crew was interviewing him on his walk home with him in his hospital gown and still covered in blood |

It doesn't take 13 rounds to subdue the man. He shouldn't have had the knife and he would've been fine, but 13 rounds is waste if ammo.
