I used to live in Bahrain.. It is a little island off the coast of Saudi with a single bridge connecting.. They have a few hospitals there (not level 4 trauma center), but the island is really small... Like you can literally drive across that bitch in about an hour or less.. The surgeons there aren't used to the trauma you get in a big city..
