If we took away the smurf filter, the ground pattern looks quite similar indeed + the way the body is posed.

Could it be from that water park/concert where colored smoke? they were spraying on party goers ignited..there were all sorts of colors being sprayed. Lots people burned.

I'm almost 100% sure it is her. Good eye. Ground pattern is the same, some bystanders shoes are recognizable even with the smurf filter, the burned girl is wearing only a right shoe that looks the same as the single right shoe the girl on fire is wearing, black tank top, etc. etc. etc....It's her

It's the same girl. Regardless of her crimes, she didn't deserve this. I'm not saying what she did was ok but...just no. Savagery like this shouldn't happen today.
