Idk if the poor lil dog was hit. Camera's too grainy for me to examine little details. But what I know for sure is the ground is tiled and can be smoothed surfaced. So his nails could obstruct the grip of the paws (I have 2 dogs I'm aware of this. I love those guys). Bullets can often ricochet. Aimlessly hit anything. I hope the dogs make it okay. (Definitely can't be around fire works or ghetto gang filled streets no more).

The dogs are the only reason they're alive. If the dogs weren't tied up there likely have all survived. The only reason the gunman didn't walk right up to all of them are because the dogs stopped him right where he began firing. The dog didn't get shot either, he was tied up trying to run and the rope pulled him back. Just my humble opinion.
