He landed head first onto concrete I would say it was lethal. If he did survive he will wish he hadn't, (apart from the fact he was suicidal in the first place) as he will be paralysed from the kneck down (no more suicide attempts for him). Imagine living the rest of your life like that, knowing you done it to yourself, and no escape. In fact you can't even scratch your own head.
