I feel horrible for thinking this... but it would've been really funny if he had dug a grave with the backhoe beforehand, and then, after he was done with the hoe, dumped the maimed, dying, hapless former coworker of his in it, and then filled it up with dirt and gravel for good measure.  |

When I was a child and we made sand cakes, it was customary to tap the sand with the plastic shovel and say a little rhyme that translates to "Don't be a bad cake, be a good cake." That instantly popped into my head as I was watching the video.
