30 mm HE ammo is about 15 dollars each in bulk, so that wasn't too damn expensive a show, on the other hand it is shocking to see the total disregard for innocent people by firing HE rounds into a neighborhood, I think most civilians aren't too grateful to have their country invaded... er liberated by the US armed forces.

So in other words, you want to reward non-uniformed combatants who shield themselves by hiding amongst "civilians"? They're simply exploiting western sensitivity about collateral damage and if you make it clear you won't attack them when they're in those positions they'll do it even more.

If they don't fucking like it, they should not tolerate those fucks in their neighborhood.

In addition, I thought his shot placement was really rather good and pretty well restricted to the immediate area of the threat. It's not like he went crazy and started shooting up all the houses.
