The good thing is that in Mexico cops do not have qualified immunity, even when shooting in self defense there is always an investigation and they're always accountable for misconduct, unlike internal affairs in America, in Mexico cops don't get to investigate themselves, the texting bitch (my guess) is fuck3d).  |
