I recall this case, heard the audio. He didn't meet a single criteria for stand your ground. He was not personally in danger, he was not aware if someone was in the house being robbed. The "unable to retreat safely" doesn't even apply because he was nowhere near. He was told 14 times by the 911 operator that police were in transit and and asked to stay in his home. He was simply a redneck/rambo wanna be/gonna kill me a minority who was finally getting his chance. |

Coming from a hispanic man , We cant feel bad for criminals (no matter what race) who value not only your items more than THEIR life , but YOUR life as well. Half of these dudes would smoke you take your shit and then brag ab it on instagram while smoking a blunt and flexing your items .
