Re: Assassination of Imam Jumah (Imam of Friday Prayer) of Kazerun, Iran
Bystander in the blue shirt reaction is fascinating. Gun shots and someone drops dead right next to him and he stays in place. Then the shooter kills himself and drops dead so all the action is over and the guy decides to run for it. The killer was not a war veteran but had a criminal record. He attempted to harm a judge 20 years ago using explosives, resulting in self-inflicted injuries, and later served six years in prison for a bombing in Gachsaran in southwestern Iran as well as for weapon theft and bribery. |

I deduce it was unrequited gay love, harbored secretly for many years. Or else the Imam had the guy's daughter hung for not wearing her Burka correctly. One of those two. Wish it would happen a LOT more. Seeing them hang from highway overpasses would also be good. |
