I agree with Oswald2001. The individual in the video is acting very stupid for a soldier in combat... smiling, exposed in a window, a trained soldier as opposed to the insurgents... almost as if it's, well, fake.
This is more obviously not a fake when you view the slo-mo clip on page 5. The way his body/helmet reacts is too good to be just another propaganda piece (besides, they have many international news stations to do that for them).

Head moves independent of body due to instant death, helmet flies up due to bullet velocity and you can see hole through it after impact, distance helmet moves indicates it probably wasn't just some squib that went off (and too close to guy's eyes for safety), left hand remains gripped on gun and reactionless after death, etc...
