All these videos are pretty much the same. They come from two parts of the world: Southeast Asia, mostly Thailand, and South America.

In SA they are usualy filmed by public spectators or journalists who have no better access than any other from the public. If they have a good view - and maybe a long tele - they can be pretty good, but often there is little detail and only a few seconds of real interesting footage.

I have seen this type of video from Thailand too, but in some cases the videographer seems to be a part of the official scene with a much better, more detailed and longer lasting view, as it is the case here.

So while you are basically right - no undressing and such stuff, just the handling of a female corpse - it distinguishes itself from the zillions of LQ (technique and position of the videographer) floating around. I have a lot of those too, and the best of them are really good. But there are relative few pro-grade videos like this one.
