Retired nurse here and I have seen some enough to say I think it's completely real. The blood from the beheading as well as the appearance of the internal organs. I would like the backstory if anyone knows it. I came looking for Ed Gein info and found myself here. That was crazy.

AI doesn’t get the angles consistent like that, and doesn’t do interaction (like between the head and objects) well.
