To continue the discussion of this being a snuff film or not, I think the problem is that the definition keeps getting changed to fit narratives of whoever is discussing it (whether it be to disprove or prove the existence of it) the definition I know it as A snuff film, snuff movie, or snuff video is a type of film, sometimes defined as being produced for profit or financial gain, that shows, or purports to show scenes of actual homicide. Which is think, we've seen we do have some proof that he's a serial killer that was only distributing through packages which you need to pay some form of money to access, I think the intent to make financial gain is obvious because he could've just posted it anywhere if he just wanted attention. Then there is another definition I've been seeing which ties it to be a sexual act in nature... a pornographic film that shows an actual murder of one of the performers, as at the end of a sadistic act. Which even still ticks the boxes because this seems to be a fetish on both sides, the killer and the victim wanting to be beheaded. I'm not really sure if the person being a willing or unwilling participant has really been a defining aspect of it, but I think this case checks off too many boxes for me to not think we're experiencing the leak or a snuff film we weren't supposed to be privy of. Just my two cents though, the discussion on this subject has always been interesting to me. |

It seems to be a little difficult for people to understand but there are legal reasons porn of any kind is not permitted.
