You know, I thought that at first, but I think the deciding factor is that it very much seems consensual. The whack-er definitely wants it to happen by how he presents his neck upon climax. The whack-e seems to be doing his best by making it quick.

They both wanted it. Had the guy on the floor been tied up, or clearly making it seem like he didn't want it to happen, I think it'd be more along the lines of snuff.

The formal definition seems to be commercial production, as in “for a commercial purpose”.

Unless he’s offering to make more, it seems more likely he is just trying to capitalize on something he did for his own gratification with a guy that’s probably a voluntary partner (though it’s possible he was under the assumption this was play and the cleaver wasn’t going to come down, I suppose).

But it clearly meets their idea of porn, as they’re both hard and so forth, so I think it’s as close as it’s ever gotten on the public internet.
