Wow, what a beautiful place. Depression is a beast. You cant think your way out. I was convinced to try medication by a mentor, who told me clinical depression is like trying to do jumping jacks with two broken ankles. You can do 'em, but you're going to be in a lot of pain for no result. Whatever reason, that clicked with me. Thank God.rip young life |

For some reason, his goodbye letter was wiser than a thousand books on depression....it shows that even in paradise island like this one, depression can beat you...very important point about seeking for help, too bad he rationalize it but did the jump anyway...many people need help, but in these times, almost every psychiatrist/professional are busy with Covid related depression. Guy looked like a schmuck, but he was wiser than most of his peers, RIP dude |
