Good number of these women in the video were gang members themselves. Nobody gets spared in gang wars. Some of these are kidnapping victims. Kidnappings and government corruption are so rife that wealthier villages with some kind of export like valuable fruit had to create and hire their own private armies to protect themselves from kidnappings. Its basically a warzone in all but name.
