He has the financial strength to hold the development of his project. Sadly, after one year, the military post stopped fuctioning. The army is long gone but the hugly tall building still there. It was a waste of funds from the Mexican Army just to pressure a person with a vision of devoping a very nice project. More than 20 years ago, I sold off my investments in Mexico because I knew this crap will never end. Do not be fool. Do not invest in realstate in Mexico, Dominican Republic, or El Salvador.
