Armed Attack on Teachers Leaves Two Dead and One Wounded in Sansare, Guatemala
Agents of the PNC and Public Prosecutors (MP), worked at the crime scene, to begin the investigation as the bodies of the father and daughter J. P. and M. C., were identified as the father and daughter who died last night on a dirt road. Several bullet holes were found in the red toyota pickup driven by M., who minutes before left Quebrada Grande village in Sanarate where the two teachers, among them his daughter, each teach basic education in Telesecundaria. The three occupants of the vehicle were intercepted by individuals who shot them repeatedly, leaving J. and M. dead on the spot, while A. A. P. F. was seriously injured. Local firefighters reported that they transferred the latter to the Guastatoya National Hospital. |

Basic logic teaches me you don't travel at night at dirt roads in Guatemala or anywhere else in Central America. |
