Technically he assaulted her first by grabing her cell phone and throwing it. Then he started to punch her. Did he not see she was holding knife? Overall, a sad tragedy that could have been avoided.

To be fair she looked like she instigated it. Poor bloke prob put up with her doing that to him for an age. Her hitting him and being abusive then having the police called and blaming him, the video shows an interesting dynamic. I wonder how long she'll get?.
