I’d be on him pretty fast, rendering first aid!
But maybe it IS true that more Americans know something about first aid… I’m an average citizen and I’ve taken a few courses to learn CPR and first aid…
Not my opinion, by the way! I’ve just read that on other posts here before…

Seriously though, I agree, we only ever see a snippet of what happened. We can only comment from the information at hand, on what we do see, and what we read from the post.
I was, and still am, amazed at the lack of first aid IN THE VIDEO…
I can only assume that, eventually, he WAS finally given aid, and an ambulance DID end up coming… but I’m not commenting on all that. Just what’s in the video.
