A 76-year-old man, identified as D.F..B , who lives in the city of Bahía Blanca, located in Buenos Aires ( Argentina ), murdered his 29 year old grandson after having a heated discussion at the entrance of his home.

Despite the armed attack, local justice took into account his advanced age and released him, although he maintains a serious accusation against him.

The murder was recorded last Monday afternoon in the outdoor patio of a house and was captured by the building's security camera. According to the images, from the first second the episode was marked by anger and violence between the two relatives.

You can see how a young man went to the entrance of his grandfather's property with a stick in his hand and with the clear intention of attacking him. As can be seen in the recording, it was an older adult who opened the door, made enough space for himself to take out the weapon and shot his grandson almost at point-blank range in the abdomen, without saying a word.

After a call to the emergency service, personnel from the Patrol Command and agents from the local police station went to the scene, who found the body of the minor 'B' lying on the floor.

After what happened, the medical staff, the Scientific Police and prosecutor Viego arrived at the scene of the crime, who ordered arrest the victim's grandfather as a suspect.

During an inspection of the house, the police found several weapons, including a 32-caliber revolver, apparently used to commit the crime, and even a broken broomstick, the Télam agency revealed.

The prosecutor charged 'D' with the crime of homicide qualified by the link and for being perpetrated with a firearm, having exceeded the legitimate defense that he would have exercised. After the old man refused to testify on the advice of his defenders, he was released.

The young man worked in a local public space cleaning cooperative and on one occasion asked for a change of park, but his grandfather, D.V., interceded in the development so that his grandson's request was denied.

"He made him quit his job in the park area," said the victim's mother. Unfortunately, the woman witnessed the moment her father shot and killed 'B', so she is convinced that the act was premeditated by 'D'.

Grandson didn't have it coming, if you read the ENGLISH transcript up there that Simone posted the Grandfather was a bully and forced him to stop taking his medication for at least 2 psychological disorders and used his position to harrass, bully and intimidate his own grandson, that's why the kid was so angry, then he goes and shoots him when the kid loses it, talk about adding fuel to the fire and using water to put it out.

Boludo. Those old-timers are so stupid. A perfect example of his stupidity and selfishness is the fact he took public property and put a fence around it just because it was in front of his house. Many idiots in Argentina often try to get away with this shit. This old timer probably had a friend in the ayuntamiento who looked the other way and allowed him to get away with that shit.
