I just read some of the comments you guys make. For people who visit this site, you'd assume you'd have more of an open mind but fuck some of you are so ignorant.

She's the elder sister, or maybe mother, of the child. This is happening in Syria or Yemen. I watched this video before, just not in the mood to rewatch it and confirm. The boy was eating when a stray bullet from outside hit him. The woman, very bravely and calmly, takes some of the boys blood and writes the "Presidents" name on the wall telling him to leave the country. She's basically calling the president out for the crime. There are uproars all over the middle-east to topple the government for them staying in power for so long.

That had to be a .22 LR, shot from a Jennings J-22 at about 200 yards. Couldn't possibly be anything else.
