No crocodiles in that part of mexico, few alligators and alligators almost never attack anyone in Texas/North Mexico.

only Mugger crocs in India , they live on river banks and are not interested in eating People, as they have an abundance of huge fish to feast in and prefer them to us, so i doubt very much it was a croc attack, more than likely another lets go swimming drowning , thats what it looked like to me, Indians for some weird reason in the main just cant swim, yet they all insist on going in the water, seen a dozen of these videos on DR.
