2 blancadon: To add, to your imagination power, imagine that the bomb is launched by the military of your own country, that claim, that the bombardment is required to protect you from manifestants, who are located on the opposite side of the town. That`s the actual precedent in Lugansk at the beginning of the conflict. Ukrainean plane bombed the center of Lugansk with cluster munition, even before the opposition armed themself.
