Music in the end didn't help. Anyways he can be healed. In next week:

2 cups of black tea every morning
Lots of lemon and chicken soup
2 leafs of lavander on the separate wounds
Slices of potatoes on the forehead to fight temperature
Lot of rest.

Looks like the other guy seems to know his friend going to get HIT so he steps away
I noticed that too….all kinds of preemptive body language that makes it seem premeditated. Most noticeable was covering his face just before ….then watching again - you can’t unsee the duping delight.
