That's impossible, once you get neck veins and arteries constricted the flow of blood gets stopped almost to a halt and the muscles can't get oxygenated blood running through them so they can't use any energy to work with enough strength to pull the body up, it doesn't matter if you are committed or not, once you hang by the noose it is all over, just a matter of time.   |
