A long time ago my friends and I played that "choking game" when I was about 10-11 years old. We would take a deep breath and have another friend choke us from behind (in a sleeper hold.) Once your brain lacked enough oxygen you were still slightly conscious (you can still see and think to a certain extent.) I feel it's almost similar to a boxing match, when you get hit so hard, you remain fully conscious but, you can't seem to control the movements of your body. I think maybe that's what was happening while she seemed to regret it. Maybe she did regret it and tried to stop herself but her body just wasn't cooperating with her brain.   |

Anyone else wonder why she had her chair/ladder/stand so far away from the fan and rope? Why lean over that far to put it on, when she could have kicked a chair beneath it? Was she giving herself another possible way out?

Damn, i've never hanged myself yet so I'm not sure if it saves her or not but I think she should've scream for help while holding the ligature so she could breathe. What a terrible way to go not just because of the pain but also she changed her mind. |

Bladder doesn't void its contents in every hanging suicide, just the majority of them. Further, you can see in the first part of the video that she has a strong color pattern on her pajama pants, but in the panned out shots of her hanging, you can't distinguish it at all due to the lighting and low resolution of her phone cam. Also cannot tell if her tongue is protruding or if she's drooling all over or many other typical perimortem hanging signs. So it is definitely possible that she did void herself and the detail simply cannot be made out. In either case, I'm pretty sure she's dead by the end. Or within moments of death at the least. |

Whether it was body natural reflexes to reach for the cord or not, was hard to see it look like she changed her mind :(

Natural reflexes do not have intelligent guidance. Like when you bang your knee or elbow, your body simply recoils away. This action will occur even in a freshly decapitated body after complete exsanguination. The action of reaching up to correct the situation requires some level of intelligent guidance/conscience. There is ZERO doubt she tried to save herself in this situation... ZERO |
