Kid obviously thought he was faster than he really was. Not a suicide attempt. Kid was also missing several grams of brain *before* the accident. Who steps a foot onto the road right in front of oncoming traffic? What was he expecting to happen? The cars to magically come to a stop, because he had a foot on the road? One less retard in the world...
