This is in India. I asked my friend what they’re saying and he said, “So the guys are basically trying to rectify some power outage in the village And the idiot who climbs up thinks he can do it by fiddling with the high tension cables! The guy who is filming it is saying be careful be careful .. and when he gets electrocuted he blames the other guy who is down .. saying you shouldn't have let him go!” |

I would have thought that switch only turns off the power that goes from the box to underground cables and anything above it like the cables the guy was climbing on we’re still live.  |

A fucking 10 dollar tester could have saved his life. I do most of the remodeling and electrical work in my properties. I'll turn off the breaker or pull the meter. And still use a tester and check the box and use the tester again. Shit scares the hell out me. It's crazy how people act like it's no big deal.
