The blood from the inside of the injury is going down his throat as he tries to breathe the expelled air froths the blood up and it will bubble and also start to coagulate. So he is basically bleeding out while drowning in his own blood.

I wouldn’t say I’ve failed but it is pretty impressive that the odds are these women have had no training and hit the mark easily. Even training weekly sometimes daily it’s difficult at times to get these results even for the most seasoned warrior.
