Actually, "yes". Standing right beside those naive americans. We've become way too complacent. Things are too simple, too easy for anyone to rock the boat, ask questions, demand answers. The road to the "Angel of Death" passes right through Benghazi (which was nothing more than a modern day Iran Contra story) on the way to the White House. But SHHHHhhhh! We don't want to talk about that now. A good read would be "Confessions of an economic hitman" - we keep playing "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" regardless of being a ruthless bastard. |

Western Europe is far further down this road than we are. Look at German, Sweden, and to only a slightly lesser extent the UK. Cultural suicide. Too many don't recall that there was a huge campaign to get people in 1st world countries to stop having children for environmental reasons. In the 1970's the equivalent of global warming was "peak food" and the coming "new ice age", and greedy well fed westerners bore a greater degree of the responsibility for the coming catastrophe. It was considered offensive by many liberals if families had more than 2 children, ie, replacements at most. While peak food and the ice age turned out to be ruses used for other purposes, there is some logic in keeping the population low. Now, the same left wing ideology insists on open borders to primitive people who routinely have 6, 8, and more children every generation, welcoming them into lifestyles where they will do far more environmental damage than they would in their home countries. It's about eliminating western culture, which is far too troublesome and independent for the globalist financers and international socialists to put up with any longer. |

John Perkins' area of work was middle and Latin America. Don't recall him being in ME. He gets far more closer to ISIS fighters, dead or alive, than most US godfodder will ever dream to be.
