Survivors describe general wooziness with chest pain. Makes sense, the juices flowing around your system that keep your brain awake suddenly stopped. When blood stops flowing to your brain your ability to think at all simply fades away and you pass out.

Scary. Last year I suffered a run of Torsades de Pointes, and a heart attack a few months after. These things happen so suddenly, the warning signs can be very subtle. The only reason I survived mine was because I was already in the ER when they happened bc I was just feeling "off". Don't ever ignore palpitations with chest pressure behind the sternum.
