This was not about some random guy getting off guard. It's not a robbery or carjacking. Somebody wanted this particular guy dead. He just didn't understand one of the big rules of thug-life: Don't stop for gas and groceries in your own neighborhood. |

Maybe. But adrenaline can keep you going. I mean it was only a handful of seconds and unless a bullet actually hits your off button you can get shot 10 times and still run 20 yards before your blood pressure drops so much you become weak and unable to get oxygen to your muscles.
