Amateur Kickboxer Beats Someone to Death Inside a Bar

Moscow, In the night of July 8 around 2.15 AM a 29 year old man was beaten to death by another man. An animated conversation, in company of eight people, escalated into a fight.

The attacker turned out to be a 23-year-old amateur kickboxer that fled in an unknown direction afterwards.

The reason for the fight was an unfortunate remark the man in the white shirt gave which one of the women found offensive.

The attacker leaned over the table before starting to beat the victim on the head. He hit him at least 30 times to the face and head, despite the fact that the victim did not resist.

His girlfriend that stood up for the victim received a couple of hard punches before the attacker returned to the man for some more beatings. At that point the other men at the table decided to pull the aggressor from the victim leading him to the exit of the bar. The victim died at the spot while his girlfriend had facial injuries.

The suspect was detained. He was arrested for deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm and awaits trial.
