Considering that the captors obviously have no problem with inflicting horrible suffering, I'm guessing that the victims figured having their throats cut was a nicer way to die than the alternatives. I don't know if these are really Nigerian police or not, but if the victims are Boko Haram, I don't have a problem with them being executed this way. It's no worse than what they would give their own victims. |
