Homeless or not, if you go pointing what appears to be a gun at the public you can expect to get your ass shot off by the police, or even an armed citizen...simple as that. I live in an open carry state so my Glock is plainly visible on my right hip but I sure as hell don't go waving it around or pointing it at people because the situation will end up just like this one. I might have 18 rounds of 9mm ready to go on my belt, but I'm not going to win up against several officers with rifles. Choose your battles wisely.
